A beautiful hotel with a very comfortable feel, we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was nice. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was indeed very spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel was very close to the city centre and Birmingham New Street train station.
